The aim of this training is to help team members understand and use Salesforce on a daily basis to aid them in making data driven decisions. Empowering the team to create their own reports and dashboard will create capacity for the Data team so that they can place greater focus on new developments, automations, and processes that will help the company as a whole.

Alina joined the Entrepreneurs Institute team in 2019 as the EMEA Event Logistics Manager. In 2020, as the company pivoted at the start of the pandemic, Alina transitioned in a Data Analyst role for the Genius Group, and has played a pivotal part in ensuring that the company transforms into a data-driven company. Alina has taken the lead in implementing the correct data collection processes, analysis and presentation in the company. She has also been the lead trainer in the company on how to effectively use Salesforce so that more team members have a clear oversight over their data. Alina has now also stepped into the Data Manager role, leading the team of data ninjas in their endeavours to remain data focused and data driven.
