The Genius School Micro Camps provide all Genius School Certified Educators with the opportunity to host and lead a Micro Camp for teens aged between 10 and 18 years. These events can be face-to-face or virtual. This microdegree will provide information, tools and resources to help you run a Genius School Micro Camp. 

Micro Camps focus on recognising individual strengths and setting everyone up to succeed. 

Included in this microdegree are the following:

Preparation of a Micro Camp Promotion Plan.

Pre-camp logistics and preparation.

Show Up
This is the opportunity for the Genius Campers to learn about their path of least resistance to success in life, how they learn best and how to use those strengths to help them achieve their goals not only in school but also throughout their lives. 

Step Up
You dive deeper into how the Genius Campers own who they show up as in the world and as leaders in their schools and communities. You will teach them how to leverage the team around them by focusing on and valuing the genius in each camper. 

Give Back
You create an opportunity for the Genius Campers to work together to give back to their community in a meaningful way. 

Parent/Caregiver Session
You will also share with the parents and caregivers what the Genius Campers have learned and how they can continue to support their child/children through understanding their path of least resistance.
