Welcome to the Influencer Design & Build Microschool.
I’m thrilled to be your mentor for this microschool where we can delve together into the fascinating world of influencers.
The world has always had influencers. People have always been influenced by others – be they friends, family, teachers, experts, artists or celebrities. Influencers are not new. However with the boom of social media, influencers have a fantastic global platform to share their views, promote products and influence their audience to potentially buy a product, go to an event, read a book, even think or act differently.
This introductory level course will help you understand how to harness the power of influencers to promote your products/services/brand to a wider (potentially global) audience.
On the flip side, it will also help you position yourself as an influencer if you are looking to establish yourself as a thought leader or expert in your field.
Either way, content is going to play a pivotal role in your strategy. Great content is at the center of the value exchange between a business, influencer, and buyer. Incorporating influencers in your content facilitates reaching new audiences with brand messages that are credible and trusted.
You may already have established social media channels and an overall online presence. It would be helpful to have a basic knowledge of social media, and a social media plan in place but not essential.
This course will provide plenty of opportunity for questions and I will share my and my PR agency’s first-hand knowledge and experience of working with influencers throughout.
By the end of this microschool, you will have an excellent understanding of:
