How it works
Send me an outline of your areas of concern with any spider graphs of clients, teams or families that you plan to hold sessions with. I will review and prepare for the session and will send you a Calendly link for you to book in a timeslot that suits you.
A one-hour session will be conducted and you are free to ask any questions you want.
An aids that will enhance your understanding, or can be used specifically to assist with a session will be emailed to you.
If you record a debrief session then feedback as a report and audio file will be sent to you.

I have been in business transformation and organisational change all my 30+ year career. I have always focused on people, and what makes them 'tick'. I have been involved with Genius Group since 2007 when I first took the Wealth Dynamics (WD) test. I have been using WD and Talent Dynamics (TD) to build my own High Performing Teams since 2012. In 2015 I became a Flow Consultant, 2016 a Performance Consultant and in 2019 took on the role of Faculty for Birmingham (UK) as well as ran a virtual circle for UK and Ireland before lockdown started. I also developed Family Relationship Dynamics that works with families to better understand and communicate with each other, using TD as the foundation. In 2018 I started working with small businesses to improve their teams, helping them to realign roles and hire the right profiles where they have gaps. I have recently purchased an existing company and am building a successful business that plans to triple its revenue in the next 12 months. I LOVE helping Flow Consultants to understand the power of Wealth Square and the tools that make up Entrepreneur Dynamics. THrough my work with Family and Relationship Dynamics I can help people to apply these tools to virtually any situation.
