Carrying out an anonymous employee survey (valued at $25 pp).

Looking at their current job role and responsibilities we will identify areas where they are in flow and out of flow.

Working with you 2 hours per week with set action points for discussion with your team to communicate better ways of working, handling change and how to support each of their profiles, you will see a difference in productivity and return on your investment.
