In this 45 minute group session you will connect in with practices that many spiritual traditions have used for thousands of years. These practices will teach you how to de-stress tension in your mind and body. By applying the techniques you will also discover how to work through your inner challenges and find a way to connect with your deep self and spiritual calling.
During this process, blockages in your body and mind will melt away and open your ability to manifest what you love with greater ease and kindness.

As a Lifestyle educator and International presenter, she has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Wellness/Fitness, Stress Management and in the treatment of chronic pain and Myofascial pain syndromes. She offers her experience and gifts to help you restore balance, freedom and movement through understanding the relationship between mind and body to fully empower physical, emotional and spiritual health.
Formally trained as a Fitness Consultant, Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist and Yoga Instructor, Stephanie energizes and empowers people to make “Shift Happen!”. Stephanie works with individuals who are willing to invest in knowing and loving themselves to fulfill their dreams and who want to inspire others by living an Extraordinary Life.
