I am passionate about working in Organisations, businesses etc. to improve team building, using unique Heart-centred modalities. Unnecessary competition/strife/stress/judgments amongst staff and management are reduced or eliminated. Instead, deepen understanding/boundaries/respect/trust and productivity within your teams. This will improve your work environment by creating a deeper more pleasant, yet focussed and effective work ethos, where staff are more inclined to help each other, improving outcomes for your business. I have trained and subsequently worked in Holistic Medicine since 1975, 43 years ago. 30+years ago I became a full-time Acupuncturist, Shiatsu and Tai Chi+Qigong teacher, having previously trained in those disciplines for several years. As a Consultant Acupuncturist and Shiatsu practitioner (former teacher in these disciplines), as well as teaching Tai Chi and Qigong internationally for over 30 years, I specialise in treating stress-related conditions and pain management. I am particularly keen to work with stressed out Executives, Entrepreneurs, CEO's, Company owners etc. I will help you with simple effective Mindfulness techniques that enable you to relax more, yet be more productive in your work and enhance your relationships
