Blaze here. I love to connect with people and have fun.
I undertstood that every character has his power and weak sides. When we know people we can support them with what makes them powerful and don't offer them or ask them questions which take their genius out. And for me communication is powerful and the process and details should be done by another person who is tempo and steel. As a blaze genius I understood that I have to do what makes me powerful and have other members of the team to do the rest. So I would not do everything by myself and can focus on areas where I am the most productive.
I understood that in order to build successful business I need all the elements. As blaze I can't not do everything myself and be in the flow. I have to connect with people who will do part that is related to their genius. Also the 5th element is missing and asking the question "why" will help me to get to a new level.
