Mandy is an amazing high performance mindset coach. She has travelled the journey herself and now passionately helping other high-achieving business owners and entrepreneurs break through to the next level of success.
Her background in sports and sales ads a great flavour to working together – she is super dedicated and empowering to support her clients get unstuck, shift behaviours and take action to master their mindset.
It was my pleasure to be in the Educator 5.0 micro-school with Mandy and learn more about her business, personality and added value to her clients.

I had the pleasure of supporting Mandy on 3 microschools including Educator 5.0, it has been so rewarding to watch her grow and see the insights of Flow Consultant come to life. Mandy attended the sessions with passion and dedication which I'm sure is a reflection on how she supports her clients.

I have known Mandy Napier for over 25 years, initially on a personal level when we both trained together and competed in Ironman Triathlons.
In the last 5 years I went through probably one of the hardest periods of my life...4 major knee operations. I went from being an Ironman Triathlete, 100km runner to how I saw myself a 'nobody'.
I was in a state of depression, feeling hopeless & unimportant.
I knew that I needed help so I approached Mandy as I needed coping mechanisms through this difficult period. Mandy's passion for helping people is amazing...
Mandy gave me the skills & insight to gain back my self-confidence & made me realise what my true worth was so I can't thank her enough.
I am now back loving who I am and what I am. I know that I will never compete in sport at that level but Mandy helped me channel my competitive nature into other areas that I would not have even given a second thought.
