His passion is to help business owners build their fortitude, mindset and skills to lead a business of the future, while de-risking their journey and avoiding the pain.

Matt Joy is an ex-corporate turned entrepreneur who has built 5 companies from scratch and working on 3 continents, has been both an architect behind an Australian business growing it to $100m+ of net assets and has known the pain of taking a business from start up through to liquidation. He has 31 years of practical international corporate and entrepreneur experience.

What Is It? Melbourne Entrepreneur Social is the official Entrepreneurs Institute (Roger James Hamilton) monthly social event for entrepreneurs located in (or visiting) Melbourne. Each month we will invite successful entrepreneurs to feature as our guest speakers to share their stories, insights and learnings directly to you in an "in the chair style" interview and also short impactful "TEDx-style" presentations.

Who's It For? Our event's are open to all business owners, coaches, trainers, consultants, thought leaders, change makers, aspiring entrepreneurs and anyone else who is interested in business & entrepreneurship and would like to network in a relaxed social environment whilst learning from been there done that entrepreneurs with real world results and experience to share directly with you each month.
