WHY

As purpose driven entrepreneurs who are deeply passionate about supporting local businesses and helping them thrive we thought the best way we could do that would be to start building a community of like minded individuals who want to build genuine connections and help each other to succeed.

WHAT 

Byron Shire ES will form part of a global community of more than 900,000+ innovative, creative and social entrepreneurs to engage and connect with like minded people who value collaboration and problem solving at the highest level. Our mission is to help achieve the United Nations Global Goals by creating a space for impact driven entrepreneurs to connect to the right knowledge, network and opportunities. 

All Entrepreneur Social events follow the same general format across the world 20-min Speaker + 20-min Q&A + 60-min Networking Session. Entrepreneur Social Speakers are social entrepreneurs who are impact driven and are doing something to make a difference in the world. They have found a way to create ongoing flow towards profit and purpose and have a story worth telling because they are impacting one or more of the 17 Global Goals and they are on an entrepreneurial journey to make this happen. 

WHO

The event is for anyone who is interested in entrepreneurship and social impact and would like to network in a relaxed social environment with other locally grown professionals and business owners, to share success stories, challenges faced and discuss the strategies that will propel us forward.

WHO IS SPEAKING THIS MONTH

Nicole is known as a multi-award winning social entrepreneur, but she prefers to be seen as an unstoppable messenger of love and human potential; impacting over 250 000 people world-wide with her unconventional models of community development and transformation.

When Nicole was 18 years old, she established a Not-for-Profit and grew it to sustainability, after a terrifying lived experience with anorexia nervosa. She completed a significant national tour, at 20 years old, going on to become a finalist for the Young Australian of the Year and listed as one of Australia’s top 100 most influential women at 21, shortly after taking out the Pride of Australia Medal. She's been featured in The Financial Review, made front cover of The Yellow Pages and had a documentary aired on prime-time national TV.

Nicole has made a vast impact in the health and education landscape in Australia, and served as the youngest Commonwealth Commissioner for Health in history, advising directly to the Australian Federal Health Minister and Prime Minister.

Recently, Nicole has taken years of experience in corporate/political consultation, experiential facilitation and complex community development work and launched her debut book 'Love Out Loud; making this process accessible and easily applied to any community or individual.

When

On the send Thursday of every month we will gather for conscious conversations, real connections and social support.

We will get underway at around 5pm each month and wrap around 8pm depending on the speakers and entertainment.
