Completed EMC - I found it all so informative and fascinating the way that Roger has tied business to the IChing and all of the teachings from Hercules. We get caught up in today's world and often think we are dealing with new challenges and that life is tougher today than it was hundreds or thousands of years ago - now we can see the answers have always been there. A course on how to unlost yourself.
When things just don't match, they just don't work. So many business failures and why...? When different people land at different levels it usually dosen't line up well whatever it is. Even when people at at different stages things are like mismatched gears and generally will not work well together. Every business person needs to know how to scale, where they fit, when, why, who, etc. All misalignments are just that, misaligned and this is a course of alignment. Like your back, when it's misaligned it's still there, but you will not get an optimal result. The pretty much everything is getting the instructions, applying the instructions, and moving through the all the stages properly.

Every week and every mentor principle has such tremendous value. The 12 weeks was just the beginning ..... The mentor principles and teachings along with the Microdegrees completely shifted a lot of my mindsets and started turning things around. So even if it is almost a year since I started the training, I keep coming back and discover new layers. I want to really master this in order to evolve myself and my company while giving awesome help to others on their journey.
