This was a great session!! Very insightful and helpful professionally and personally. I now have a greater understanding of my natural gifts of myself and my team also how to nurture going forward. I would recommend these session for anyone who would like to develop or discover their natural skills.
Rosealeen gave me a clear understanding of the framework and allowed enough space for questions and more understanding.

I found the session to be a breath of fresh air, I had been struggling at work with the different personalities within my team and my session not only enabled me to understand and adjust my working environment but also has enabled me to clear my mind to progress my own career. Rosaleen was very professional and had a way of ensuring my understanding of the session was personally identifiable to my own situation. Rosaleen has helped me via the session think outside the box when dealing with personalities which are very closed and others which are complex but provide attributes to my team. I had several sessions with Rosaleen as part of the Genius programme and had a Chakra hand session. Rosaleen helped me to take a deep dive into my future career aspirations and visulise ways how to achieve them. Having the confidence to start this programme with Rosaleen was a major step too. It enabled me to become aware of my strengths ie leadership qualities and recognise my worth. My confidence has excelled imnensely. We also discussed my aim to I seek a mentor and coach at work. I achieved both and they gave me the skills and tips to progress in my role at work. I then sought and was promoted to the next grade, a tangible outcome. I recently completed the role with positive appraisal feedback.

This summer I had two job interviews and was successful in both of them. Currently I am on temporary loan to another Government department and taking the opportunity to meet new people via various departmental group networks.

Rosaleen was a great support throughout. I was at a crucial point in my career journey, and I now have the self belief to seek further opportunities and additional promotion prospects.

During the lockdown period, I took advantage of L & D opportunities, such as joining an internal programme for ethnic minorities.

Overall, my sessions with Rosaleen were a worthwhile investment which have reaped rewards.
