As a Medical Doctor (Anaesthesiologist) for over 30 years, I witnessed how 'unhealthy thinking' (thoughts and actions) leads to dis-ease and disease. People 'burn out' chasing the proverbial carrot and beating life with the proverbial stick. As co-founder of Get Up and Go Publications Ltd, my commitment is to share thoughts, ideas and wisdom that encourage people to see life from a different perspective, one that prioritises health, wellbeing and happiness. As an accredited Thought Leader and Personal Coach in the area of Wellbeing, I don't spend my time with people who are comfortably 'asleep' (anaesthetised) - but now work with those who are 'waking up' to their own power and potential and ready to Shine their own Light.
