Great mentor! Lourdes guides you to the best possible path to achieve your goals, she also gives professional information on what to do and not to do in order for one to achieve what they are looking to accomplish.
I've known Lourdes for two and a half years. She is an accomplished entrepreneur, highly experienced businesswoman and leader in her Aquaculture field. Lourdes is very disciplined, organised, and consistent. Her meticulous planning and timely execution of tasks is admirable.
She is committed to leading edge knowledge and staying ahead of the game and actively seeks out the best mentors. Lourdes was a member of Roger Hamilton's exclusive invitation-only Indigo group for two years and currently a member of his highest level Sapphire mentoring and Partnership programmes
Lourdes' friendly nature and willingness to share her extensive knowledge and experience makes her a valuable asset in group settings. I had the privilege of participating alongside Lourdes in Alexander Inchbald's Masterpiece programme. Throughout the programme, she remained focused, open-minded, shared and constantly sought opportunities for inner exploration and self growth. In fact, she was entrusted with the responsibility of leading the alumni group, providing ongoing support to fellow members beyond the program. Lourdes' genuine care, kindness, deep thinking, and infectious enthusiasm shone through, as well as her coaching and mentoring acumen. I found her incisive and caring mentoring really helpful. Lourdes is also an author - the book being her masterpiece from the programme.
Lourdes runs a successful podcast targeting leaders in the aquaculture industry and those interested in sustainability. She is an inspiration and I marvel at her ability to get so much done and to consistently achieve exceptional results whilst also being a devoted mum.
